Still Austin Whiskey Co. has announced The Still Austin Quarter, a 15,000-square-foot hospitality destination set to open in South Austin, Texas, in September 2026. The concept brings the distillery’s “The Musician” bourbon label to life across four distinct spaces built for cocktails, food, and live music.

“The Still Austin Quarter is everything we imagined when we thought about what it would mean to bring The Musician to life beyond the bottle,” said Chris Seals, co-founder and CEO. “Each room inside The Still Austin Quarter captures a unique moment in her life and is a reflection of Still Austin’s creative vision, consistent devotion to craft and quality, and the community at the heart of it all.”

The venue comprises the Atrium, the Vinyl Lounge, the Music Room, and a private event space. Together they can welcome roughly 500 guests across indoor and outdoor environments, including 125 outdoor seats.
The concept was developed with architect of record OPA Design Studio and interior design firm Weiss Architecture.
The cocktail program forms the foundation of the food and beverage experience, drawing on Still Austin’s own spirits. The lineup includes the full roster of Still Austin flagship spirits.

Vice President Ken Kodys leads the program. His creations include an additive-free agave spirit imported and aged in Still Austin barrels. “Building this program was about approaching every decision with the same intentionality and quality that Still Austin has always brought to its spirits,” said Kodys.
House-made aperitifs, amaros, herbal liqueurs, and beer and wine options complete the offering, alongside rotating library pours.
The food menu, developed by Still Austin’s in-house hospitality team, will be announced soon. The Music Room houses The Musician’s Stage, engineered by acoustician Steven Durr, whose portfolio spans more than 2,000 facilities worldwide, including work for Willie Nelson and Austin City Limits.
Live performances will run Thursday through Saturday nights, with a DJ in the Vinyl Lounge nightly.
The property is located at 4211 Willow Springs Road, 15 minutes from downtown and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Founded in 2015, Still Austin is one of Texas’s grain-to-glass distilleries, producing all of its whiskey on-site.
