Tailored Spirits Co. Launches New Experimental Whiskies
Tailored Spirits Co. launches four new Experimental Series whiskies, including a Springbank 23 Year Old

Edinburgh-based Tailored Spirits Co. has unveiled four new releases in its Experimental Series, including a 23-year-old Springbank single cask. The independent bottler launched Experiment 4 (Aultmore 15 Year Old), Experiment 5 (Echo – Benriach 13 Year Old), Experiment 6 (Fort – Dailuaine 13 Year Old), and Special Experiment 1 Black Label (Anam – Springbank 23 Year Old).

The Experimental Series focuses on limited-edition micro-releases from Scotland’s distilleries, each featuring unique maturation and finishing processes.

Founded in 2024, Tailored Spirits Co. specializes in sourcing, maturing, designing, and bottling single cask whiskies for private clients and businesses worldwide. The new independent bottler is on track to achieve £2.5 million ($3.2 million) turnover this year, a remarkable achievement in the current market.

“This new collection marks an exciting step forward in our mission to celebrate experimentation in single cask whisky,” said Adam Harding, co-founder and director of Tailored Spirits Co.

The company was established by Edinburgh-based professionals Tom Costello (brand & creative), Carl Johnstone (commercial & operations), and Adam Harding (spirits, sales & strategy).

“It follows a year beyond our expectations – one that’s seen us grow faster than we could have imagined,” Harding added.

The Experimental Series bottles feature vintage ski resort ticket-inspired designs with detachable ‘lab tickets’ marked with unique codes.

Collectors who acquire six tickets gain exclusive access to special limited releases, including the new Black Label Springbank bottling.

“Each whisky in The Experimental Series tells its own story of maturation, finishing, and flavour exploration, and we’re proud to continue showcasing the depth and diversity of single cask Scotch whisky,” Harding continued.

Operating from Leith, Edinburgh, the company aims to bridge the gap between large-scale production and personal single cask ownership.

“The design is as much a part of the experience as the whisky itself. It’s about evoking curiosity – that sense of discovery and experimentation that sits at the heart of our brand,” Harding stated.

The company operates under the tagline “From the warehouse to your house.”
