Barrell Craft Spirits has released its latest Bourbon Batch 037, a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged between 8 and 15 years that earned gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition before its official launch.

Premium Bourbon Whiskey Blend Features Three-State Selection

The Louisville-based independent blender announced the new expression on June 24, incorporating bourbon from Indiana (8, 11, and 12-year), Tennessee (13, 14, and 15-year), and Kentucky (10-year). Bottled at 111.38 proof (55.69% ABV), the blend carries a suggested retail price of $84.99 per 750ml bottle.

According to the official tasting notes, the bourbon presents flavors of dark chocolate, toffee, spiced orange, banana, cardamom, and honey. The derived mash bill consists of 78% corn, 18% rye, and 4% malted barley.

“Barrell Bourbon batches are the hallmark of the team’s dedication to crafting innovative, high-quality bourbons,” the company stated in its announcement. The brand emphasized that each batch represents a unique expression of blending artistry, with flavor profiles that evolve with every release.

Award-Winning Bourbon Whiskey Continues Company Legacy

The company’s blending team, including Joe Beatrice, Tripp Stimson, and Nic Christiansen, will randomly sign select bottles within Batch 037 cases. This practice adds a collectible element to the standard retail offering.

Founded in 2013, Barrell Craft Spirits has established itself as a prominent independent blender in the American whiskey market. The company selects and blends products exploring various distillation methods, barrels, and aging environments. Their portfolio extends beyond bourbon to include rum and other whiskey varieties. Barrell products are currently distributed across 49 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Ukraine, and Australia.

Batch 037 is available for purchase through the company’s website at barrellbourbon.com and select retail locations. The release continues Barrell’s tradition of cask-strength, small-batch offerings that have influenced American whiskey trends over the past decade.
