Beam’s Hardin’s Creek Series Debuts Its Third Bourbon

Jim Beam recently launched the third expression within the Hardin’s Creek Kentucky Series, called Hardin’s Creek Boston. The Kentucky Series features three Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys, all of which are aged for 17 years with the same mash bill — the only difference being the location of aging.

Hardin’s Creek Boston is a 17-year-old Bourbon, aged at The James B. Beam Distilling Co.’s Boston campus in Kentucky, also known as The Booker Noe campus. This location is described as being “unlike any other – rack houses are spread out generously in the golden sunshine and clear air, ideal for maturation. These unique conditions mean fast, richer aging and result in a bold and characterful liquid, much like Booker Noe himself.”

“The Boston campus creates a flavor profile my Granddaddy Booker Noe looked for and talked about. I think he would have loved this,” said Freddie Noe, Eighth Generation Master Distiller of the Fred B. Noe Distillery, in a prepared statement.
