Tasting Notes:

About:
A world famous batch bourbon from the folks over at Wild Turkey. With a mash-bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley, Wild Turkey have made themselves famous across the world some of the most consistent and great value products on the market. Wild Turkey Rare Breed is a barrel-proof bourbon celebrated for its bold, robust flavour that artfully balances spicy, sweet, and oaky notes.
Appearance:
Bronze
Nose:
Coca-Cola, Anjelica root, lemon grass, brow sugar, liquorice, buttery corn, marzipan, cinnamon, all spice, brown butter, brown sugar, fresh mint.
Palate:
The first sip of this will turn you into Al Pacino, lots of ‘Woah!’ Starts off a little more savoury with dill and some more rye heavy elements.

Liquorice, garram marsala, cooking spices, butterscotch, an amazing buttery texture, menthol, more fresh mint, warming oak, barrel char.
Finish:
An extremely long finish that balances up so many sweet and savoury flavors all in one. Bourbon can be a savoury lead profile at times, but it tends to be one way or another, unless your Wild Turkey and you can just do both.
Comments:
Excellent. I would love to taste it in single barrel form, that would be another world. Wild Turkey, if you’re reading, please release a single barrel rare breed. I’ll pay. You can’t be without a bottle of this if you like bourbon, it is a must.
