Heaven Hill Distillery has announced the Fall 2025 edition of its Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series, featuring an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The sixteenth national release contains barrels produced in fall 2014 and will be available on an allocated basis at $159.99.

The bourbon arrives in an ornate decanter with the series’ signature black label for fall releases. The tax strip displays production and bottling dates, maintaining transparency standards for bottled-in-bond products.

Meeting bottled-in-bond requirements, the whiskey comes from a single distillery during one distilling season, aged minimum four years, and bottled at 100 proof.

“Every release of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series reflects our dedication to tradition and meticulous craft,” said Conor O’Driscoll, Master Distiller at Heaven Hill. “The 11-year-old Fall 2025 edition carries a richness and poise that exemplify what this series stands for and why the bottled-in-bond legacy remains so important to Heaven Hill.”

Official tasting notes from the brand describe bright amber color with bourbon sweetness, leather, oak, and baking spices on the nose.

The palate has honey and butterscotch leading to plums, peaches, and figs. The finish brings warm sweetness with dark fruit and milk chocolate.

Heaven Hill acquired the Old Fitzgerald brand in 1999, inheriting its history as a luxury whiskey sold on premium rail lines and steamships.

The current decanter design takes inspiration from 1950s Old Fitzgerald diamond decanters. The black label features a key graphic, honoring the brand’s “Your key to hospitality” slogan used since the 1940s.

Heaven Hill currently maintains over 2 million barrels aging across 70 warehouses in Nelson and Jefferson Counties, Kentucky. The distillery holds multiple industry honors, including 2024 and 2023 Whisky Magazine Distillery of the Year.

The company’s portfolio includes Elijah Craig, Larceny, Evan Williams, Pikesville Rye, Rittenhouse Rye, and Parker’s Heritage Collection alongside its extensive bottled-in-bond offerings.
