Drambuteo: Whisky Tasting Set Meets Subbuteo Tabletop Soccer

Drinks by the Dram launches Drambuteo, a whisky tasting set that combines 12 drams with a tabletop soccer game.

Drinks by the Dram, the creator of the original whisky advent calendar, has launched Drambuteo, a 12-dram whisky tasting set that doubles as a tabletop soccer game inspired by Subbuteo. The fun set is described as “the perfect entertainment for hydration or half-time breaks” and is available now from Master of Malt in three editions, each priced at £69.95 ($88).

Each box contains 12 drams split into two teams of six, alongside colored holders, a pitch, and a ball.

The game format invites drinkers to sample the whiskies, save the empty drams, and place them into the pitch holders to act as players.

“Choose your side (six drams each), enjoy the whisky, save the empties, pop them into the pitch holders, and flick your way to victory,” the brand said. The first player to score five goals wins the match.

Drinks by the Dram describes the set as “a playful way to discover great whisky and crown the winner of the ‘dram-pionship.'”

All three editions of Drambuteo are available now from Master of Malt, priced £69.95 ($88) each.
