Carolans Irish Cream has added Strawberries & Cream and Chocolate Cream to its range, with both expressions available from September 2026. Bottled at 17% ABV, the new liqueurs carry a suggested retail price of $17.99 per 750ml bottle.
The expressions combine Irish whiskey, farm-fresh cream, and natural honey with strawberry and chocolate flavors. Both are also available in 50ml bottles.
According to the official notes from the brand, Strawberries & Cream pairs ripe strawberry flavors with rich cream, while Chocolate Cream features milk chocolate truffle, toffee, and coffee notes.

READ THE STORY“Carolans has always been about making everyday moments more enjoyable, and these new flavors give fans more ways to make the brand their own,” said Aaron Wilke, AVP at Heaven Hill Brands.
The rollout is supported by a campaign centered on the fictional Carolans Dairy Department. It features Carol Ann, a cow character described as the self-appointed “Head of the Herd,” and uses confidentiality-themed messaging to introduce the products.
A campaign “Non-Disclosure Agreement” includes an “Official Herd Tasting Protocol,” which recommends trying the two expressions separately before combining them in an Irish Neapolitan. The suggested serve uses equal parts Strawberries & Cream and Chocolate Cream, poured over ice.
Alongside the combined serve, Carolans is promoting different uses for each expression across soda, coffee, and cocktails.
Strawberries & Cream is positioned for use in alcoholic versions of “dirty soda,” with a recipe calling for two ounces of the liqueur topped with the consumer’s preferred soda over ice. Chocolate Cream is being promoted in coffee-based drinks and a Chocolate Cream Espresso Martini.
“Whether poured over ice, added to coffee, mixed into a cocktail or enjoyed in a playful new serve, Strawberries & Cream and Chocolate Cream bring the familiar smoothness people love from Carolans to flavors that are instantly inviting,” Wilke said.
