Drink this neat or with a splash or water by the fire, or when you wish you were by one. Its cozy. It’s worth trying it as-is, but a bit of water will mellow the gingery warmth a bit and bring forth more of the other flavors. Compared to many other Macallans, this one is perhaps a bit bolder than expected with a more differentiated flavor profile. If youre already a Macallan fan, its a no-brainer. If youre more of a bourbon drinker, give it a go as well.
