New Whiskey Cocktail Kits Target At Home Bartenders

Liquor Lab recently announced it is now offering what it says are highly interactive experience kits for customers to hone in on their cold brew and cocktail making skills.

The New York City and Nashville-based lab offers up “Liquor Lab Experience kits”, including a whiskey one, that contain ingredients and a QR code that gives you at-home access to a virtual masterclass. All you need is to provide your favorite bottle of liquor and press play on the on-demand mini-classes led by some of the world’s top bartenders. The lab said courses are designed in an approachable, engaging way with step-by-step instructions and a few fun facts along the way.

Class leaders include Freddie Sarkis from Broken Shaker in Chicago; Dev Johnson from Only NY; Candice Coy from Broken Shaker and Mothers Ruin in New York City and Elayne Duff, a Master of Mixology for Diageo.

The lab also moved beyond just cocktail offerings and expanded its classes and kits to cater to coffee drinkers. Cold brew classes, teas and french press experiences will launch in September.

Liquor Lab kits can be customized at an additional cost for weddings and corporate events, private at home parties and all special occasions, the company says. They come with custom landing page experiences with personalized content and kits with everything you need to make the beverages.

Liquor Lab describes itself as a first-of-its-kind, one-of-a-kind, one-stop-shop for everything involving adult drinks—from purchasing merchandise to learning about the history of spirits to enjoying craft beer, wine and cocktails in a speakeasy-like setting.
