As the days until the 150th Kentucky Derby count down, Woodford Reserve has partnered with the non-profit organization, Give 270, to raffle a $15,000 bottle of bourbon. The Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby 150: Baccarat Edition is the grand prize in the 20/20 Unicorn raffle. Only 150 decanters will be available. One such decanter will be presented to the winner of the Kentucky Derby, which is being held on May 4th.
The Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby 150: Baccarat Edition whiskey was triple-barreled in three separate casks: bourbon, cognac, and “an exclusive barrel seasoned within the Kentucky Derby Winner’s Circle.
The whiskey was then bottled into crystal decanters made by Baccarat and presented in a leather carry case.
Also on offer will be 20 limited edition Woodford Reserve products.
Tickets for the raffle cost $20, with the proceeds supporting Give 270’s mission to support non-profit organizations in raising funds for community initiatives. Organizations both within and outside of Kentucky will benefit from the funds raised. Give 270 has raised over $1.5 million for community initiatives since its establishment in 2016.
You can purchase your tickets for the raffle here. Tickets will be sold until 7 pm on the night of the raffle.
At 8 pm on Wednesday, May 8th prizes two through 20 will be drawn first. Then, the tickets will be returned to the tumbler for the drawing of the grand prize-winning ticket. You can follow the raffle on Give 270’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
