Midleton Opens Its First Dedicated Irish Whiskey Shop In Dublin

The world’s first Midleton Craft Collection Whiskey Store, a dedicated space housing Midleton Distilleries collection of Irish premium whiskeys in one boutique, recently opened in Dublin’s Brown Thomas department store.

The new store offers connoisseurs and collectors what’s described by the brand as a unique opportunity to explore, taste and purchase some of the rarest Irish whiskeys available.

The high-end whiskey boutique draws crowds to a large collection of rare and unique Irish whiskeys, including the first bottle of Midleton Very Rare Silent Distillery Collection Chapter Two to go on sale in Ireland.

Chapter Two is the second release in Ireland’s oldest whiskey collection, which launched globally in May. With just 70 bottles of this rare 46-year-old single pot still available, Brown Thomas was the first in Ireland to stock this whiskey, priced at €40,000.

Also awaiting visitors in the Midleton Craft Collection Whiskey Store is a vast range of Irish Distillers’ premium whiskeys, including treasures such as Midleton Very Rare and Dair Ghaelach Knockrath Forest Trees 1-7, Redbreast Irish Whiskey, the experimental Method and Madness collection, renowned single pot still expressions such as Powers John’s Lane, and the beloved Jameson Irish Whiskey.

Prices range from €30 to €40,000. Customers can browse the full Midleton Craft Collection range on Level 3 at Dublin’s Brown Thomas department store, experience in-store tastings, and have their bottles engraved in the store, creating a one-of-a-kind gift for a devoted whiskey collector or a special keepsake to remember a visit to Dublin.
