Singer-songwriter Ryan Bingham recently debuted his signature bourbon that will soon be available throughout Texas.
Distributed through Mexcor International, Bingham’s Bourbon brings the grammy-winning country music artist back to his Texas roots, as the whiskey uses grains exclusively grown in the Lone Star state.
A statement from the new whiskey brand notes that the bourbon is a blend of small-batch bourbons from across the state, selected and blended by Bingham himself to create a smooth, rich flavor with notes of rye spice, a little sweet, a hint of smoke, and toasted oak.
Bingham’s Bourbon Original will clock in at 80 proof, while Bingham’s Bourbon Black comes in at 94 proof.
“I’ve spent years travelin’ the world playing honkytonks and bars looking for a whiskey with enough kick and flavor to sip on the rocks, but smooth enough for a celebratory shot at the bar,” Bingham said, in his prepared statement. “After searching high and low, I decided to head home to Texas and make my own.”
Mexcor International, a distributor of premium spirits and wine in Texas, will distribute Bingham’s bourbon to retailers and restaurants throughout the state.
