Ready-To-Freeze SLIQ Spirited Ice Unveils New ‘Whiskey Pops’ In Time For Summer

SLIQ Spirited Ice, makers of frozen cocktail pops, recently launched a new variety pack offering, “Whiskey.”

This will bring the brand’s products to audiences in 25 states nationwide. This twist on a whiskey cocktail offers what’s described as a refreshing, frozen summer treat that you could partake year round.

With this addition of a whiskey-based pop on the market, SLIQ’s line of frozen cocktails includes rum, agave, and vodka-based pops.

The new whiskey pops are made with barrel-stored bourbon and come in three flavors of apple, cola, and ginger. Each highball cocktail pop has 90 calories and clocks in at 8% ABV. And each treat comes packaged in tubes that can be recycled through a partnership with TerraCycle.

“When we launched with rum, agave, and vodka packs in 2021, we always knew whiskey would be our first new addition to the product lineup,” said Gavin Wegner, senior brand manager for SLIQ Spirited Ice, in a prepared statement. “With this spirit booming in the market, it makes all the sense to capitalize on the consumer demand with an alternative and fun consumption format available just in time for the summer season.”
