Tasting Notes

About:

An Indian single malt aged between 3/5 years in the tropical heat of Goa! Fermented and distilled using 6 row barley, this gives you a smaller yield but much bigger flavour profile.
Appearance:
Light Amber
Nose:
Lots of toffee, caramel and fresh honey! There’s an aroma of rice crackers, red berries and some dusty old oak.
Palate:
Mellow and light to start, but then becomes much drier and intense – although still very approachable. You get some milk chocolate, orange oils and the taste of honeycomb.
Finish:
Those orange notes stick around for quite a while, along with some red apple notes, too. You do feel like this whisky is made from rye, all of those clove and orange oil spices.
Comments:
A step up up from the Nirvana with many more flavours going on. It’s a rich, easy approachable style of single malt with a lot to offer.
