Garrison Brothers Introduce Limited Edition Spurs Single Barrel Bourbon

Garrison Brothers and San Antonio Spurs launch limited-edition Spurs Single Barrel bourbon for 2025–26 City Edition return

Garrison Brothers Distillery has released a limited-edition Spurs Single Barrel bourbon to mark the return of the San Antonio Spurs’ Nike NBA City Edition uniforms for the 2025–26 season. The Texas producer has begun rolling out the bottling in early December across the San Antonio area and at its distillery in Hye, Texas.

The 94-proof Single Barrel bourbon is presented in a wax-dipped bottle using the Spurs’ 1990s-inspired silver and teal color palette, and comes in a custom branded bag. Each bottle also carries a label design that draws on the City Edition uniform artwork.

Garrison Brothers’ Spurs Single Barrel is priced at $109.99. The distillery will offer 180 bottles through its on-site gift shop, while a further 1,200 bottles are being distributed to San Antonio retailers including Twin Liquors, Spec’s and other local outlets.

The release forms part of a multi-year partnership signed in 2023 that made Garrison Brothers an official partner of the San Antonio Spurs. As part of the agreement, Frost Bank Center houses the Garrison Brothers Bourbon Bar on the north side of the Frost Club, serving the brand’s whiskeys and seasonal cocktails during events.

“Our ongoing partnership with the San Antonio Spurs means a great deal to Garrison Brothers,” said Rob Cordes, head marketing dude at Garrison Brothers Distillery. “With this new Spurs Single Barrel release, we aim to elevate the fan experience by combining the finest Texas traditions with innovative craftsmanship.”

Frank Miceli, chief commercial officer for Spurs Sports & Entertainment, said the collaboration underscores the team’s local focus. “It’s been truly rewarding working on this partnership with Garrison Brothers over the last few years,” he said. “This special bottle of Texas’ best bourbon honoring the return of our City Edition uniforms and Fiesta colors is just one of the many ways we look to celebrate our local roots and elevate the fan experience alongside great partners like Garrison Brothers.”

Founded in 2006 by Dan and Nancy Garrison, Garrison Brothers was the first legal whiskey distillery in Texas and the first distillery outside Kentucky to produce “corn-to-cork” bourbon exclusively. The distillery sits on a 100-acre ranch in the Texas Hill Country and is open for tours and events.

Garrison Brothers now sells nine bourbon expressions across 48 U.S. states and in five international markets, and reports more than 700 awards for its portfolio.
