Frootbat.com Launches in UK & Singapore

Frootbat.com, the global online whiskey marketplace, has officially launched in the United Kingdom and Singapore, expanding its operations to four continents. The Q1 2026 rollout extends the platform’s established presence in the United States and Australia into two of the world’s most influential spirits markets.

The expansion introduces localized storefronts in both countries, allowing consumers to browse and purchase from Frootbat’s catalog of more than 23,000 products. The inventory includes over 8,000 collector-grade, premium, and hard-to-find whiskeys.

Both launches operate in full compliance with local tax, import, and excise regulations.

“Expanding into both the UK and Singapore is a significant step for our global growth journey at Frootbat,” said Tom Clarke, head of marketing at Frootbat.com. “These are central liquor markets on the global scale and open up our offering to new audiences that understand our product.”

Clarke added: “We’re very confident our portfolio will resonate with some of the world’s most knowledgeable collectors in these dynamic spirits communities.”

Founded in 2018, Frootbat.com connects buyers with a network of vetted retailers and sellers worldwide. The platform specializes in limited-release, discontinued, and investment-grade bottles across categories including whiskey, bourbon, Scotch, Japanese whisky, rum, tequila, and cognac.

Many of the products listed have historically been unavailable or extremely difficult to source within UK and Singaporean markets. The launches also provide global sellers with new demand channels in both economies.

Singapore’s position as a gateway to Asia and the UK’s role as a global center for spirits trading make both markets strategically important. The company confirmed that additional launches across Europe and Asia are already in development.

“Our goal is to become one of the world’s most trusted destinations for rare spirits,” Clarke said. “We want to empower customers to discover, purchase, and collect exceptional bottles that they can’t find locally with confidence and ease, trusting us to give them the best experience.”

The UK represents one of the world’s largest scotch whisky consumer markets, while Singapore has grown rapidly as a hub for luxury spirits collecting and auction activity in the Asia-Pacific region.

With these new market entries, Frootbat.com continues to scale its platform worldwide, serving a growing international audience of premium spirits buyers across North America, Oceania, Europe, and Asia.
