
Luxury hotel group EDITION has partnered with Diageo’s Johnnie Walker Vault to host a series of private dinners celebrating The Couture Blend whisky. The events will take place across EDITION properties in West Hollywood, New York, and Miami Beach from October to December 2025.
The multi-city dinner series celebrates the second release from the Johnnie Walker Vault, a luxury platform for the Scotch whisky brand.
Each event will offer guests signature welcome cocktails, four-course dinners curated by select chefs, and guided tastings of The Couture Blend.
Diageo National Luxury Brand Ambassador Ewan Morgan will lead the guided tastings.
The series will also integrate live art and music performances.
The tour begins on October 25, 2025, at The West Hollywood EDITION.
The evening will feature a four-course dinner crafted by chef Francisco “Paco” Ruano of KI’IS at The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai. An immersive performance by abstract artist Celia Lees and DJ Puffiiie will provide entertainment.
On November 12, the series moves to The Times Square EDITION.
Michelin-starred chef John Fraser will prepare the dinner, with a sensorial performance by classical pianist Tiffany Poon.
The final event will be held on December 4 at The Miami Beach EDITION.
Top Chef champion and Michelin-starred chef Jeremy Ford will curate the menu for the Miami dinner, which will include a sculptural floral installation and a performance by DJ Paperwater.
The Couture Blend is the second limited-edition expression from the Johnnie Walker Vault platform, following the inaugural release, Couture Expression.
The whisky was crafted by Johnnie Walker Master Blender Dr. Emma Walker.
She worked in collaboration with Olivier Rousteing, the creative director of French luxury fashion house Balmain.
The blend was developed in the Johnnie Walker Vault, a creative space located beneath the company’s Princes Street visitor experience in Edinburgh, Scotland.
