Curraghmore Whiskey will release its 2026 Triple Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey from 1 September 2026, alongside a limited Virgin French Oak Single Cask from the newly launched Annamh Collection. The estate whiskey, based at Curraghmore Estate in Portlaw, Co. Waterford, will bottle the new expression at the end of August.

The triple-distilled Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey draws on three cask influences, each selected by Master Distiller Noel Sweeney.

According to the official notes from the brand, the whiskey offers “notes of coffee, tobacco, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple” with “a cinnamon finish.”
The 2026 edition has benefited from an additional year of maturation since the 2025 bottling.
Launching alongside it is a release of just 110 bottles from the Annamh Collection. The Virgin French Oak Single Cask is available in both cask strength and 46% abv editions.

The expression represents one of the three cask components used in the Triple Cask. Bottled independently, it isolates a single layer of the finished whiskey.
The Virgin French Oak Single Cask will be followed by an Ex-Bourbon Single Cask later in 2026. The collection will be completed with an Ex-Oloroso Sherry Single Cask in 2027.
“Annamh is the Irish word for rare and of the earth,” said Richard De La Poer Beresford, Earl of Tyrone, founder of Curraghmore Whiskey. “It perfectly describes what this collection represents, which is for the whiskey enthusiast to experience the historical terroir of Curraghmore Estate in its different cask expressions.”
He added: “These casks in the Annamh Collection were masterfully selected by the hands of Noel Sweeney. Noel chose these casks as they were his favourite in our portfolio.”
Beresford said the collection presents “a deconstruction” of the Triple Cask whiskey.
“As a team we are incredibly excited to broaden our portfolio of products to show how Curraghmore Whiskey is making its mark in the whiskey world and what is to follow,” he said.
Single pot still whiskey, made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, is a style unique to Ireland. The category has seen renewed interest as Irish whiskey continues its global growth.
The releases are aimed at hotels, golf resorts, restaurants, and specialist spirits merchants, with stockists able to offer a Curraghmore Whiskey Flight featuring the individual cask expressions alongside the Triple Cask.
