A statement from the distiller noted that Puncher’s Chance The Undisputed is a single-barrel bottling of five to six-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskeys, clocking in at 108 proof.
Crafted by Master Distiller Kevin Curtis and Master Blender Steven Hughes of IJW Whiskey Company, The Undisputed is packed with flavor as it has very low dilution from barrel to bottle.
The distiller’s notes show that at first taste, the flavors are reminiscent of the original Puncher’s Chance 90 proof bourbon with a rich, warm body and balanced and smooth mouthfeel.
Then, the notes continue, The Undisputed throws a right hook thanks to the higher proof and low dilution, and flavors of warming vanilla and oak with a nuttiness arrives at a finish that is long and robust.

The Undisputed has a suggested retail price of $55 for a 750 ml bottle, and is now a permanent release from Puncher’s Chance, based out of Eugene, Oregon.
