Buchanan’s Newest Blended Scotch Brings The Flavor Of Pineapple

Buchanan’s Blended Scotch Whisky has a new, tropical offering in its portfolio, Buchanan’s Pineapple.

A statement from the whisky maker notes that this tropical blend is made with Scotch whisky from the House of Buchanan’s, as well as natural flavors.

The tasting notes show that Buchanan’s Pineapple has aromas and flavors of caramel and vanilla, of course pineapple, and a zesty citrus finish.

“For years, Buchanan’s has been welcomed into the culture and celebrations of the Hispanic American community,” said Joyce He, director of Buchanan’s Whisky. “It’s often mixed with pineapple juice, resulting in one of our most popular serves, the Buchanita, which helped inspire us to create this new blended whisky flavor.”

The House of Buchanan’s has made whisky for the past 130 years. But with a fresh new campaign under way, “It’s Piña,” the brand aims to celebrate a tropical state of mind, an energy, and a moment that happens when you share a piña drink with friends and family.

And Buchanan’s Pineapple will bring the piña on the road throughout the year nationwide at cultural events, local parades and community gatherings across New York, California, Florida, Texas, Illinois, and more.

Buchanan’s Pineapple, which clocks in at 35% ABV, is a permanent addition to the Buchanan’s Whisky portfolio and is available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $29.99.
