Baileys Introduces Minty Green Shake With A Liqueur Twist

With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner, Baileys Irish Cream is celebrating its Irish roots with the launch of its first minty green offering, the Baileys Vanilla Mint Shake Irish Cream Liqueur.

A recent statement from the spirits brand, which was established in 1974 and has in its base recipe Irish cream and Irish whiskey, notes that this twist on the usual Irish celebration is made with the flavors of mint, vanilla, and a hint of chocolate.

Served many ways, Baileys suggests it could be blended in an adult milkshake, in a chilled shot, or over ice cream. The green-tinted treat is all set for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

“This St. Patrick’s Day, Baileys is going minty green for the first time ever,” said Sophie Kelly, with Diageo North America. “St. Patrick’s Day is always a time when people come together to have a bit of fun and toast to the Emerald Isle, and we hope this year it’s with the decadent Baileys Vanilla Mint Shake.”

Baileys Vanilla Mint Shake is available nationwide for a limited time where spirits-based beverages are sold for a suggested retail price of $24.99 for a 750ml bottle.
