Moonshine, or unaged whiskey, is something often seen as an ugly duckling spirit that’s crafted by hillbilly bootleggers in remote backwoods locations. A growing number of craft distillers are turning this stereotype on its head however, including a team out of New York that’s just debuted a classy looking offering known as Manhattan Moonshine.
