Wyoming Whiskey has unveiled National Parks No. 5 Straight Bourbon Whiskey: A Tribute to the Tetons, the fifth installment in its conservation-focused series. The five-year-old bourbon, bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV), will retail for $74.99 and features Thomas Moran’s 1895 painting The Three Tetons on its label.

The release continues Wyoming Whiskey’s partnership with the Grand Teton National Park Foundation, with the Kirby-based distillery donating $50,000 to support park preservation efforts.

“For those of you who’ve been following Wyoming Whiskey over the years, you’re aware of our ongoing commitment to the preservation of wide-open spaces,” said David DeFazio, Wyoming Whiskey co-founder.

The National Parks Series has previously featured releases honoring Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Acadia National Parks.

Each edition has been accompanied by donations to the respective parks’ philanthropic partners.

The bourbon is crafted using locally sourced ingredients from Wyoming’s Bighorn Basin, including corn, winter wheat, winter rye, and barley.

According to official tasting notes from the brand, the whiskey presents aromas of baked honey crullers with cinnamon sugar, white icing, and hints of baked orange and almond.

The palate reveals almond and cherry liqueur with honeyed sweetness and vanilla, while the finish delivers warming cinnamon spice, espresso, milk chocolate, and leather.

“This straight bourbon whiskey is five years old, bottled at 96 proof, and I must say hitting all the right notes with the flavor profile,” DeFazio added.

The label artwork depicts the snow-covered Grand Teton Range and is based on Moran’s original painting, which is part of the White House art collection.

Wyoming Whiskey’s cumulative donations have helped restore over 10 miles of the Teton Crest Trail and enabled 250 volunteers to contribute more than 17,000 hours toward resource stewardship.

The funds have also supported engagement programs for 350 Indigenous youth in the park.

“Like most businesses in western Wyoming, we benefit greatly from the Parks and the economy that they create,” DeFazio commented.

National Parks No. 5 will be available at Wyoming retailers starting November 20, with online national delivery through wyomingwhiskey.com beginning December 2025.
