Whiskies from Falkland, the company’s sister Speyside single malt brand, will also feature alongside the core Saltire Rare Malt lineup.
The event builds on the bottler’s growing presence within the Steak House Hall of Fame network across the United States, following a successful launch in 2025.
Keith Rennie, co-founder and director of Saltire Rare Malt, said: "Saltire Rare Malt was created to celebrate the remarkable diversity of Scotland’s distilleries through exceptional single casks. Bringing these whiskies to Dallas is incredibly exciting for us. It’s a wonderful opportunity to introduce American whisky lovers to the character, rarity and craftsmanship behind every bottle we release."
Ron Small, managing partner of the Steak House Hall of Fame, said: "Dallas has long been at the heart of America’s steakhouse culture, built on tradition, craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality — values that mirror the world of fine Scotch whisky. Saltire Rare Malt brings remarkable single cask whiskies to the table, and it’s exciting to see these exceptional spirits introduced to such a respected dining scene."
Texas de Brazil, a family-owned Brazilian steakhouse group operating since 1998, will serve as the venue. The restaurant is known for its traditional churrasco-style meats carved tableside.
Founded in Falkland, Fife — a region historically linked to the origins of Scotch whisky more than 530 years ago — Saltire Rare Malt specializes in sourcing exceptional single casks and bottling them only when the whisky has reached peak character.
The collection is curated by internationally respected whisky experts Hans and Becky Offringa. Hans is a Whisky Hall of Fame inductee and Keeper of the Quaich with more than 35 years of experience. Becky Lovett Offringa is also a Keeper of the Quaich and an acclaimed whisky author.
The company was founded by lifelong friends Nigel Heywood and Keith Rennie, whose shared passion for collecting rare Scotch whiskies spans more than three decades.
