Lind & Lime Gin has released a Classic Negroni ready-to-drink can, marking its first product in a 100ml format. The distillery-exclusive launch takes place on 18 September 2026, timed ahead of Negroni Week, which begins on 21 September.
The Edinburgh-based gin brand produced the can using Lind & Lime Gin, Dolin Vermouth Rouge and Luxardo Bitter Rosso.
Bottled at 21.9% ABV, the Negroni can is designed to be enjoyed straight from the can or served over ice.

READ THE STORYThe release is available only online from the Port of Leith Shop and in store at the Lind & Lime and Port of Leith distilleries.
According to official notes from the brand, the drink is “deliciously bitter, bold and, like the brand’s award-winning gin, perfectly balanced.”
Ross Latimer, head distiller at Lind & Lime Gin, said: “We’ve always loved a Negroni at Lind & Lime, and it felt like the obvious first choice when we set out to create a ready-to-drink can.”
He added: “This version brings the sweetness up ever so slightly, which really balances out the bitterness and makes it incredibly drinkable and delicious, even straight from the can. I like to chill it and serve over ice with some orange peel, but you could lengthen it with prosecco or a soft drink – however you choose.”
The Negroni has long been championed by Lind & Lime, which has previously released a poster, postcard and pin badge dedicated to the serve.
In September 2024, the brand collaborated with Edinburgh bar Hey Palu on a 70cl bottled White Strawberry Negroni, which has since sold out.
The new can is the latest addition to Lind & Lime’s ready-to-drink range, following the 250ml gin and tonic can released last summer. It is the first release in a 100ml format, which has proven popular elsewhere in the Port of Leith Distillery portfolio through its recent Table Whisky releases.
Priced at an RRP of £6.00 per can, the Negroni is also available in cases of 12 for £72.00. It is available from 12pm on 18 September 2026 via the Port of Leith Shop and both distilleries.
Lind & Lime Gin is distilled in Leith using 100% organic ingredients and is named after Edinburgh physician Dr James Lind.
