Beverage alcohol incubator Lily Pond Group (LPG) has announced its first official brand partnerships with Hampton Water Rosé, Five Springs Infused Bourbon, and Mezcal Mezul. The move marks the launch of the incubator’s mission to support and scale lifestyle-focused spirits brands.

LPG was founded by Jesse Bongiovi, who co-founded Hampton Water Rosé with his father, musician Jon Bon Jovi. The rosé brand has been named an Impact Hot Prospect brand and has received four consecutive 90-point ratings from Wine Spectator.

Jesse Bongiovi, founder and creative director of LPG, said: “With the growth of Hampton Water serving as our inspiration for creating LPG, it was a natural first step to bring the brand on in an official capacity. Now, we’re excited to bring these learnings to all of our partners as we continue to expand.”

The incubator’s model will provide hands-on support across sales, distribution, marketing, and operations.

One of the new partners is Five Springs Infused Bourbon, founded in 2024 by industry executive Lisa Sawyer Derman. The brand blends barrel-aged bourbon with fruits and botanicals to create its three expressions: Vanilla Maple, Honey Sage, and Blood Orange.

“Partnering with Lily Pond Group feels especially meaningful because we’ve seen Jesse and Jon Bon Jovi build Hampton Water together as a family-led business, and we’re thrilled to be part of a team that celebrates heart, authenticity, and connection,” stated Lisa Sawyer Derman, founder and CEO of Five Springs.

The third brand joining the portfolio is Mezcal Mezul, which is made from a blend of Espadín and Blue Weber agave.

The mezcal is described by the brand as having an approachable profile designed for cocktails and sipping. Mezcal Mezul also supports ocean conservation initiatives through its partnerships.

José Santiago, co-founder of Mezcal Mezul, commented: “Their collaborative approach and deep understanding of building brands that connect with culture align perfectly with our mission to bring mezcal to new audiences while staying rooted in authenticity and sustainability.”
