Las Vegas Distillery will host its first-ever Bourbon Week from June 17-21, 2026, at its Henderson, Nevada, facility in the city’s Booze District. The five-day event will feature a limited-release barrel-strength bourbon, specialty cocktails, distillery tours, spirit classes, and live entertainment.
“We will be tasting multiple barrels and choosing one to be bottled at barrel strength for this release,” said Master Distiller Jonny VerPlanck.

The limited-release bourbon will go on sale Saturday, June 20, from 10 am to 2 pm. The whiskey has been aging since January 2024 and will be bottled at 113 proof, priced at $59.99 with a two-bottle limit per guest.
Throughout the week, the distillery’s tasting room will serve specialty cocktails including a Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned, Gold Rush, Whiskey Sour, Mint Julep, and Manhattan. A food menu will accompany the drinks, featuring Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends with grits, a Hot Brown, and Challah French Toast Sticks with bourbon maple syrup.

Bourbon-focused distillery tours will run all week. An exclusive experience titled “Craft Bourbon: A Deep Dive with our Master Distiller Jonny VerPlanck” will take place Wednesday through Friday at 4pm. The $80 ticket includes a bottle of Las Vegas Distillery Bourbon.
A Spice, Smoke & Spirits class on Saturday, June 20, will pair a custom BBQ spice blending session with a three-course lunch and curated spirit tasting for $90. A “Bourbon History & Cocktails” class on Sunday, June 21, will offer hands-on cocktail creation led by the distillery’s tasting room mixologists for $70.

READ THE STORYFather’s Day falls on Sunday, June 21, and all fathers will receive a complimentary barrel-aged Old Fashioned. Live music from Mala-Tov Cocktail Duo on Friday and DJ Cromm on Saturday will round out the entertainment lineup.
Las Vegas Distillery’s flagship Straight Bourbon Whiskey carries an ABV of 47% and is crafted from 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. It earned 97 points and Best in Class from the Craft Distillers Spirits Competition.
Opened in 2024, Las Vegas Distillery operates entirely on-site, overseeing production from milling and mashing through fermentation, distillation, and bottling. The distillery recently received ACSA certification and was named a Top Tasting Room by Craft Spirits Magazine. Its core spirits are currently in distribution across Nevada.
