Jim Beam has released three new cocktail recipes crafted by the Fini Pizza team to celebrate its Jim Beam Pineapple Beach event in New York City. The serves made their debut at the Brooklyn waterfront gathering, which marked National Hawaiian Pizza Day.

The one-night-only event transformed the Brooklyn waterfront into what the brand described as a “tropical escape.”

Guests enjoyed sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline while sipping Jim Beam Pineapple cocktails created exclusively for the occasion. Meanwhile, DJ duo Coco & Breezy took over the DJ booth for the evening.

Jim Beam is now sharing the full cocktail lineup so fans can recreate the experience at home. The brand positioned the drinks as ideal for “a Labor Day BBQ, rooftop happy hour or one last end-of-summer get-together.”

The first recipe is the Jim Beam Pineapple Julep. It combines two parts Jim Beam Pineapple, half a part simple syrup and a small handful of fresh mint, garnished with dried pineapple and a mint sprig. The serve is built in a julep cup or rocks glass over crushed ice.

The second recipe is the Jim Beam Pineapple Jungle Bird. It mixes one and a half parts Jim Beam Pineapple, one and a half parts pineapple juice, three-quarters of a part Campari, half a part fresh lime juice and a quarter part simple syrup. The drink is shaken and strained into a rocks glass, garnished with a pineapple wedge or fronds.

Completing the trio is the Jim Beam Pineapple Tepache. This serve blends one and a half parts Jim Beam Pineapple, one part pineapple juice, half a part fresh lime juice, half a part brown sugar syrup, two to three slices of fresh chili pepper and a pinch of cinnamon. It is garnished with a lime wheel and chili pepper.

Jim Beam is the flagship Bourbon brand of Beam Suntory, which was renamed Suntory Global Spirits in 2024. The brand traces its roots to 1795 and is produced in Clermont, Kentucky.

Jim Beam Pineapple is one of several flavored expressions in the label’s portfolio, joining variants such as Jim Beam Peach and Jim Beam Apple.
