Jackton Distillery has revealed a packed schedule of events for June 2026, combining weekly live music sessions, a returning craft market and dedicated Father’s Day tastings at its South Lanarkshire site. The family-run Lowland distillery will open its doors for a month of community-focused programming as it continues to build toward the release of its first single malt later this year.
A centerpiece of the month is The Jackton Craft Market, returning on Saturday, June 13. The free-entry event will feature a curated lineup of local artists, potters, makers and bakers, with tours running throughout the day and the distillery bar serving cocktails and refreshments.
The market is open to all ages and positioned as a destination for Father’s Day gift shopping ahead of the following weekend.
Running every Friday in June is Jackton Sessions, a live music series with the distillery open late until 11 p.m. Each week carries a distinct musical theme: country on June 5, bluegrass on June 12, folk-roots on June 19 and Americana on June 26.
Father’s Day Tastings will take place across Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21, with tours running throughout the weekend. The distillery is also offering a gift incentive tied to the occasion. From May 25, Father’s Day gift vouchers will be available online and in the distillery shop, with each voucher including a complimentary "RAER DAD" Glencairn tasting glass.
Jaynie Kean, managing director of Jackton Distillery, said: "June is one of those months that really suits Jackton. The nights are lighter, the place has a buzz about it, and there is plenty going on for people to enjoy."
"Whether you come along for live music, a wander round the market, or a dram with your dad, we wanted to create a month that feels welcoming, relaxed and full of reasons to visit," Kean added.
Founded by the Kean family, Jackton Distillery has developed a growing reputation for its tours, seasonal events and community-led experiences alongside its RAER portfolio of spirits. The distillery continues to expand its on-site programming as it approaches a significant milestone with the anticipated launch of its debut single malt whisky in 2026, a release closely watched within Scotland’s Lowland distilling scene.
