The 2025 Heroes Selection marks the third annual release in Jack Daniel’s military-exclusive series, featuring a high-proof Tennessee whiskey that ranges between 125 and 140 proof. Selected by the McGowan twins, who have worked at the Lynchburg distillery for decades after their Army service, this year’s expression showcases the expertise of both military veterans and seasoned whiskey makers.
According to the official tasting notes, the whiskey opens with an aroma of sweet brown sugar, followed by smooth layers of warm baking spices balanced by toasted oak and a hint of smoke. The finish delivers long, lingering notes of vanilla, tobacco, and spice. Each bottle comes in a collectible gift box featuring a military-inspired medallion.

This limited-release whiskey is available exclusively at U.S. military retail outlets for $69.99, with limited quantities also available at the White Rabbit Bottle Shop at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
