Evan Williams Bourbon Nation Collegiate Edition Bottles 2025

Evan Williams has unveiled five limited-edition Single Barrel Bourbon Nation Collegiate Edition bottles celebrating the University of Alabama, University of Florida, Syracuse University, TCU, and the University of South Carolina. The bottles began shipping to key markets in early April, timed to coincide with March Madness and the spring graduation season.

Each bottle is hand-selected from an individual barrel and features the respective university’s official logo on a custom hang tag. A distinctive wax-dipped top in each school’s coordinating color completes the design, creating a collectible keepsake for fans and alumni.

The releases are exclusively distributed within each university’s home state, making them highly localized, limited-availability offerings. Every bottle is filled at 43.3% ABV (86.6 proof) and carries a suggested retail price of $34.99.

“As a bourbon brand rooted in tradition, we love being part of the moments that bring people together,” said Max Stefka, associate vice president of global whiskey brands at Heaven Hill. “These Bourbon Nation Collegiate Editions give fans and alumni a meaningful way to celebrate their schools, whether they’re cheering during tournament season, marking graduation, or simply sharing a glass with fellow fans.”

The Collegiate Editions sit within Evan Williams Bourbon Nation, the brand’s platform celebrating the traditions and community of college sports fandom. Launched in 2024 through a partnership with Learfield, the multi-year Bourbon Nation program spans partnerships with universities across the country, activating around tailgates, watch parties, and post-game celebrations.

Heaven Hill is already planning a second wave of Collegiate Edition releases timed for the fall football season. An expanded lineup of universities will be announced later this year.

Evan Williams holds the position of the world’s second-largest-selling bourbon and claims the title of the number-one American-owned bourbon. The brand traces its heritage to 1783, when its namesake opened what it calls Kentucky’s first distillery on the banks of the Ohio River in Louisville.

Heaven Hill, the Bardstown, Kentucky-based producer behind the brand, is the largest independent, family-owned and operated spirits company in the United States. Its portfolio spans a broad range of American whiskey expressions alongside other spirits categories.

The Bourbon Nation Collegiate Edition bottles are available while supplies last within each featured university’s home state.
