Evan Williams Blackberry Bourbon: New Flavor Hits Shelves

Evan Williams has released Evan Williams Blackberry, a new flavored whiskey extension that began arriving in stores across the U.S. in March 2026. The expression combines Evan Williams Kentucky Straight Bourbon with blackberry flavor and is bottled at 65 proof (32.5% ABV), with a suggested retail price of $14.99 for a 750ml bottle.

The launch expands the brand’s existing flavored whiskey portfolio. Evan Williams, produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, is the top-selling American-owned bourbon and the world’s second-largest-selling bourbon overall.

“When you need a fresh pick, Evan Williams Blackberry delivers,” said Max Stefka, AVP Global Whiskey Brands at Evan Williams. “This new flavor builds on the momentum of our award-winning flavors lineup, combining the quality and consistency Evan Williams is known for with a vibrant blackberry profile that’s perfect for sipping, simple mixing with lemonade or soda, and sharing with friends.”

Official tasting notes from the brand describe the expression as layering juicy fruit notes with subtle caramel and a rounded bourbon finish.

The new product is positioned as a versatile option for mixed drinks and simple serves. Evan Williams suggests serving it as a chilled shot, over ice, or in two-ingredient cocktails with mixers such as iced tea, cream soda, or lemonade.

A featured serve is the Blackberry Lemonade, made with two ounces of Evan Williams Blackberry topped with lemonade and optional soda water over ice.

The flavored bourbon category has seen sustained growth in recent years, with brands across the American whiskey segment expanding their portfolios to capture consumer demand for approachable, fruit-forward expressions. Evan Williams already offers several flavored variants, including honey, peach, and cherry expressions, which have earned recognition at spirits competitions.

Evan Williams traces its heritage to 1783, when its namesake opened what the brand calls Kentucky’s first distillery on the banks of the Ohio River. The brand also operates the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, an immersive visitor center on Louisville’s Whiskey Row and an official stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

Evan Williams Blackberry is now available nationwide. More information can be found at EvanWilliams.com.
