Football legend Eli Manning and Knob Creek have joined forces to launch a special edition bourbon ahead of the 2025 Super Bowl. The collaboration, dubbed ‘Eli Manning’s 2025 Bold Pick’, features a single barrel bourbon aged for 9 years and bottled at 120 proof.
The limited-edition release was hand-selected by Manning alongside Eighth Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe at the Jim Beam campus in Kentucky. The bourbon, according to a brand press release, will “inspire fans to make confident choices, stick to their standards, and savor the perfect pour during the Big Game.”
