A Tennessee distillery claims its latest release was reverse-engineered from alien technology discovered in 2015.
Unusual Origin Story for New Whiskey Release
According to the distillery, unknown craft debris crashed onto the roof of its Experimental Distillery in summer 2015. Among the wreckage, staff discovered what appeared to be blueprints for an intergalactic highway and a glowing green bottle labeled “Intergalactic Comet Crusher.”
“Unable to resist, their distillers took one sip and unanimously agreed it was the best drink in existence,” the company stated in its press release. The distillery claims it spent the following decade reverse-engineering the mysterious liquid through “light time travel” to recreate the formula.
The bourbon liqueur features an infusion of “at least” 42 botanicals, according to official tasting notes. The company describes categories including “SEQUI5” and “observable” ingredients, listing the original recipe’s coordinates as “1698/1009.”

Limited Availability and Whiskey Specifications
Batch “Alpha” consists of only 12 barrels and will be available at the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery. The liqueur is bottled at 84 proof, with official tasting notes describing flavors “reminiscent of having your brains smashed out by a bag of lemons dipped in 42 karat gold.”
The Intergalactic Comet Crusher release continues Chattanooga Whiskey’s experimental approach to bourbon production. Online shipping information is available through Seelbachs.com for customers outside the local market.
