Speyside Scotch whisky brand Aberlour has debuted its 14-Year-Old single malt in the US market, alongside a limited-edition holiday gift set created in partnership with heritage outfitter Filson. The double-cask matured expression launched on 5 November 2026, with a suggested retail price of US$79.99 at select retailers.
Aberlour 14-Year-Old is matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and first-fill American oak casks. The brand said the natural maturation approach reflects a focus on the character of its ingredients, including barley and Birkenbush spring water.
Bottled at 40% ABV in 700ml format, the expression carries official tasting notes from the brand of sweet vanilla and ripe cherry on the nose. The palate is described as smooth and rounded, with soft caramel, blackcurrant, blackberry jam and subtle spice, leading to a long, sweet and balanced finish.

READ THE STORYThe release further expands Aberlour’s US portfolio, which recently welcomed the 21-Year-Old, the oldest permanent expression in the brand’s range. Matured in American and sherry oak casks, the non-chill-filtered single malt is crafted in a single small batch and released annually in limited quantities at 48% ABV.
“Every Aberlour expression tells a story of the place and people behind it, and Aberlour 14-Year-Old is a wonderful reflection of that heritage,” said Jessica Hochberg, brand director, GEM division at Pernod Ricard.
She added: “Double-cask matured in Oloroso sherry and first-fill American oak casks, it brings together rich, warming notes with a smooth, balanced finish.”
To mark the launch, Aberlour has created The Fourteen Pack, which pairs a bottle of the 14-Year-Old with Filson’s Dryden Briefcase. The set is available exclusively through ReserveBar.com while supplies last, priced at US$200.
Filson, which draws on more than a century of outfitting from its Pacific Northwest base, designs durable gear with an emphasis on responsibly sourced materials.
“With The Fourteen Pack, we’re extending that same appreciation for craftsmanship and quality beyond the whisky, with a gift set featuring Filson’s Dryden Briefcase, a product made to stand the test of time,” Hochberg said.
Aberlour is owned by French drinks group Pernod Ricard, which also counts The Glenlivet, Chivas Regal and Ballantine’s among its Scotch whisky stable.
