Buffalo Trace 6th Million Barrel Brings Over $1 Million To Charities

Buffalo Trace has announced that bottles from its 6th million barrel that were donated to charity have, thus far, raised over $1 million for various causes.

A little over a year ago Kentucky’s Buffalo Trace distillery revealed that it would be offering up hundreds of bottles from its 6th million barrel to charities as a way for them to fund raise for their causes. Non-profits and the like seemed to have embraced this offer as recently it was announced over $1 million had been raised in bottle sales.

The 378 charities chosen by Buffalo Trace last year to get bottles, according to the distillery, has thus far raised collectively $1,145,162 for their organizations and associated programs. To be more specific, to date, 332 non-profits have raised this amount – while 56 others have had to reschedule or postpone fundraising efforts due to Covid-19.
