Black Velvet Whisky Launches Black Velvet Peach

Black Velvet, one of the best-selling Canadian whiskies, recently announced the launch of Black Velvet Peach to its portfolio of flavored whiskies.

A statement from Heaven Hill, maker of the Black Velvet brand, noted that the new peach whisky blends the fresh, sweet taste of peaches with its Black Velvet whisky.

The amber-colored Peach whisky joins other flavor expansions of Black Velvet, including Apple and Toasted Caramel.

“We’re excited to continue to expand upon our flavor offerings … and with one of our hottest summers coming to a close, we feel this refreshing addition couldn’t have come at a better time,” said Molly Vincent, Heaven Hill’s senior brand manager.

Black Velvet first tapped a barrel in 1951, headquartered in Lethbridge, Canada, the company points to crystal clear Canadian water and fresh grains for their whisky’s smooth taste.

Black Velvet is available in 55 countries. Black Velvet Peach is bottled at 70 proof, and it has a suggested retail price of $10.99 for the 750ml.
