Wyoming’s Pine Bluffs Distilling Launching Five New Whiskeys

Wyoming’s Pine Bluffs Distilling is celebrating a summer of launching new whiskeys, all of which are made with local grains.

Wyoming’s Pine Bluffs Distilling keeps it local, sourcing grains no more than 30 miles away from the distillery. And this summer, Pine Bluffs will celebrate the launch of five new products with a variety of events surrounding their keeping it local theme.

Chad Brown, owner of Pine Bluffs Distilling, said in a prepared statement that by sourcing local grains, “That’s how whiskey was meant to be made and that’s a tradition we want to uphold. We are proud that we can support local farmers and they continue to support us. This is truly a community celebration. I mean … whiskey and celebrating go hand-in-hand.”

Pine Bluffs Distilling will launch the five new whiskeys this summer across four weekends May through August at its distillery in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, about 40 miles from Cheyenne.

The five new whiskeys include Oat, Rye, Malted Wheat, Five Grain, and a special Single Barrel Uncut Rye. The new Five Grain and Uncut Single Barrel Straight Rye whiskeys will be available for purchase only at the distillery, and the others will start popping up on shelves across Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska as early as June.

Pine Bluffs described those whiskeys as:
