The World Whiskies Awards 2026 Scotland heat placed a clear focus on Blended Limited Release Scotch whisky, a category that rewards innovation, precision, and short-run experimentation.
This year’s results highlight how limited releases are increasingly used to explore distinctive cask finishes and flavour profiles. Johnnie Walker secured top honours in the No Age Statement subcategory with its Autumn/Winter Blend, while Dewar’s dominated the aged releases.
As with all Scotland heat results, only the Gold medal winners progress to the global round, where they will compete for the World’s Best titles in March 2026. You can see all Blended Scotch Whisky winners here. Below are all of the Scotch whisky medal winners from the Blended Limited Release category.
