Enquire About Availability
It is our aim to give you as much information as you need in order to understand whether a cask investment is right for you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. You can email [email protected] or use the calendar to book in for a no-obligation call. If you add details of what you are interested in we will also send you some additional information ahead of the call.
If you are looking for a cask that is not on the list, then please do still get in touch. Our allocation changes regularly and we can make a note of your interests to reach out if something comes available that matches.
Our selection of casks is based on suitability for a personal cask investment including an assessment of both the distillery and current price. As with all investments values can go down as well as up.
Naming Rights
All casks listed come with full naming rights held with the distillery. This means the spirit can be described as having been distilled at that distillery (for example, “distilled at the Macallan distillery”), rather than being sold under a pseudonym or generic description. While all labelling must comply with trademark regulations, this distinction is important, as casks without naming rights are often required to use alternative names, which can limit their appeal. As a result, casks with full naming rights typically command stronger demand and higher values over time.
Delivery Order & Storage
Every cask purchased through Mark Littler Ltd is transferred with a delivery order and an active warehouse account in the buyer’s name, giving you full control over the cask. This is the industry-recognised method of ownership.
Buyers should exercise caution where only a certificate is provided, as this does not confer the same level of legal title or control.
