- In a shaker tin, combine the following ingredients:
- 1 tsp simple syrup (water and sugar mixed at a 1:1 ratio)
- 1/2 oz Allspice Dram
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz bourbon
- Fill the shaker with ice, seal it shut and shake the hell out of it!
- Double strain the drink over a large ice chunk in a rocks glass
- Garnish with the expressed oils of some orange zest and a lime wheel
- Drink up and enjoy!
