Upscale Louisville bar, Watch Hill Proper, is set to host its second annual American Whiskey Festival this August 31st.

After opening in 2022, Watch Hill Proper quickly became a must-visit establishment for American whiskey lovers. As well as offering curated cocktails and delicious food in the restaurant, the bar is also home to the largest American whiskey and bourbon collection in the USA, surpassing 2,000 earlier this year.

As such, it seems fitting that the bar would host whiskey lovers in an evening of celebration and whiskey tasting.

Watch Hill Proper’s American Whiskey Festival

The American Whiskey Festival will be held in Norton Commons North Village Square, Prospect, KY. Beginning at 4 pm, the festival will feature entertainment from the likes of Fleetwood Mac cover group, Back 2 Mac, Insatiable Digs, and Small Time Napoleon.

Also on offer will be drams from some of the finest distilleries in the USA in Watch Hill Proper’s Whiskey Garden. Expressions from distilleries such as Heaven Hill, Angel’s Envy, Uncle Nearest, Jack Daniel’s, and Bardstown Bourbon Co., amongst many others, can be enjoyed by guests. Food trucks will also be on site.

The festival is free to attend for all ages. However, tickets for the Whiskey Garden cost $50 per person. VIP tickets, entitling the guest to curated dishes from chef Michael Crouch and specialty cocktails, cost $200 each. Of course, guests must be 21 or over to access the ticketed areas.

You can purchase your tickets on the Watch Hill Proper website
