Rupert Egan

Rupert Egan is Head Bonder of Egan’s Irish Whiskey, producers of the finest Irish Whiskey for six generations and dating back to 1852. Rupert has recently collaborated with head chef and founder of two-Michelin star Liath Restaurant, Damien Grey, on a world-first whiskey launch; Senses is born from a shared goal of expressing taste’s five building blocks – Bitter, Sour, Salt, Umami, and Sweet – through a set of five individually crafted and finished ultra-premium 23 year old Single Malt Irish whiskeys, with just 200 sets available globally.
