This Scotch based cocktail uses any blended Scotch Whiskey, but I prefer Famous Grouse because it’s well rounded and incorporates all the best attributes of a good Scotch. It also features Drambuie, a flavored whiskey from Scotland, which is wonderful because of it’s honey, vanilla, heather, herbaceous characters.
