    The Speyside Yurt

True to The Lodge at Blue Sky’s tranquil nature, The Speyside Yurt promises an off-grid experience where “offline with the perfect pour” is the new luxury. Guests will enjoy light bites and deserts alongside curated Macallan whisky flights and craft cocktails using ingredients from Gracie’s Farm, the resort’s sustainable on-site farm.

One such cocktail includes the Blue Sky Hot Toddy, a sippable and warming cocktail that contains The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Year Old and Gracie’s Farm lavender and honey.

Additionally, a hi-fi audio listening experience will help to set the mood. Bartenders can recommend music to match the mood or a specific cocktail, or guests can choose their own albums to play during the relaxing experience.

The experience will be further grounded in the Mountain West through the burning of palo santo and ethically sourced local pine resins. Meanwhile, subtle elements of The Macallan’s Speyside heritage will be incorporated throughout the yurt. Guests can enjoy The Macallan woven seamlessly into Blue Sky’s signature experiences, from cocktail-making classes to a riverside whisky flight following a day of fly fishing.

    The Macallan
