Rabbit Hole Distillery will transform its Overlook Bar into the Mistletoed pop-up holiday bar from December 2-27 in Louisville, Kentucky. The seasonal venue will debut the distillery’s exclusive new specialty release, Amrûlé, alongside a festive cocktail menu.

The pop-up bar will operate Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 5pm and Friday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm.

It will remain closed on Sundays and Mondays throughout the holiday season.

“This December, our Overlook Bar is transforming into a festive wonderland,” the distillery announced. “Step inside and sip your way through our seasonal cocktail menu, taste your favorite Rabbit Hole whiskeys, and be the first to try our exclusive new specialty release, Amrûlé.”

The seasonal cocktail menu features seven specialty drinks, including the Maple Brulé Old Fashioned, Stocking Stuffer, In A Pear Tree, Muletide, Merry Madness, and First Frost.

Whiskey flights will showcase the distillery’s Core Four, Single Barrel, Founder’s Collection, and Distillery Series offerings.

Rabbit Hole Distillery recently received recognition as North America’s Leading Bourbon Distillery Tour for 2025 by the World Travel Awards.

The award highlights the distillery’s growing reputation as a destination for bourbon enthusiasts and travelers.

Founded in Louisville, Rabbit Hole has established itself as an innovative presence in the craft bourbon industry through its focus on quality and sustainability.

The distillery offers regular tours and tastings at its Louisville facility year-round.

The Mistletoed pop-up represents Rabbit Hole’s first venture into seasonal bar concepts.

“With the bar decked out in full holiday spirit, it’s the perfect spot to celebrate with friends and family,” according to the distillery’s announcement.

The limited-time venue will close on December 27, giving visitors less than four weeks to experience the holiday offerings and sample the new Amrûlé release.
