Dan Langford OBE, Chair of Wales Week London, highlighted the distillery’s importance to the celebration.
“Wales Week London has become the largest annual program celebrating Wales,” said Langford. “Penderyn has been a cornerstone of this initiative from the beginning. Their support allows guests to savor the finest Welsh products year after year.”
Visitors staying at Tophams Hotel during the festivities can find Penderyn whisky in their guest rooms, while attendees at receptions hosted by the Slovak, Hungarian, Swiss, and French embassies also have opportunities to sample the Welsh spirit.
Penderyn’s Growing Global Presence
Stephen Davies, CEO of Penderyn Distillery, emphasized the strategic value of participating in Wales Week London.
“Wales Week London is an incredible platform for showcasing our quality Welsh whisky,” Davies said. “Our participation aligns with our mission to elevate Welsh whisky on the global stage while fostering vital business connections.”
The distillery continues to expand its operations with new facilities in Llandudno and Swansea while exporting to more than 50 countries worldwide.
“With 130 activities packed into this year’s program in London, there’s something for everyone,” added Langford. “Attendees are always thrilled to receive their gift bottles!”
