London will soon be home to a brand new American whiskey destination. Odyssey Bar Lounge & Kitchen, founded by Michele Reina and Tony Vega, is home to over 600 varieties of American whiskey, constituting the largest collection in the UK. 
Odyssey will host an exclusive opening party this Friday 18th October. Whiskey lovers can enjoy the event with special guest Stephen Beam, seventh-generation Master Distiller at Limestone Branch Distillery, the home of Yellowstone Bourbon. 

The Odyssey Opening Party 

Guests at the Odyssey opening party will receive free entry and a welcome cocktail on arrival. Inside, bourbon and whiskey lovers will sample rare bourbon and American whiskey expressions. Those who purchase a bottle of Yellowstone Bourbon can have their bottle signed by Stephen Beam himself.

The sleek and luxurious lounge area provides the perfect space for guests to sip curated cocktails and listen to electro-jazz music. Odyssey’s kitchen will prepare culinary delights inspired by the Mediterranean and the Americas.

Tony Vega, Co-Founder and Director of Odyssey said: “We’re very excited to be opening Odyssey on 18th October and showcasing our unparalleled whiskey collection and our unique, experimental cocktails which we are insanely proud of.  To have the legendary Stephen Beam in attendance for our launch is truly incredible and we look forward to welcoming guests alongside him for a wonderful evening.” 

The Odyssey opening party will begin at 9 pm on Friday 18th October at 1 Hoxton Square, London, United Kingdom, N1 6NU. 

In Partnership With Yellowstone Bourbon 

The event is being held in partnership with Yellowstone Bourbon. The brand was originally founded in 1872, and was revived by Stephen Beam in 2015 following the opening and Limestone Branch Distillery. 


One of the brand’s prized bourbons, Yellowstone Family Recipe, was recreated by Stephen Beam after he unearthed an old notebook containing the recipe that belonged to his grandfather. Crafted from this recipe and paired with the original yeast cloned from a jug belonging to his great-grandfather, Minor Case Beam, Yellowstone Family Recipe is a testament to Beam’s whiskey-making heritage.
