Kentucky-based Jeptha Creed Distillery has released the fourth batch of its Red, White & Blue Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in partnership with non-profit organization Paws of War. The annual expression, which launches on November 8, will see a portion of its proceeds donated to the charity that provides service dogs to military veterans and first responders.

The Red, White & Blue bottling was first introduced to honor the anniversary of the distillery’s opening, which took place on Veterans Day in 2016.

“We’re excited to unveil the fourth release of our Red, White & Blue Kentucky Straight Bourbon,” said Joyce Nethery, master distiller and CEO. “Our new partnership with Paws of War deepens our commitment to honoring Veterans, a cause close to our hearts, while celebrating the traditions that define our family and our distillery.”

Jeptha Creed is a family-owned craft distillery in Shelbyville, founded by the mother-daughter duo Joyce and Autumn Nethery. The distillery is known for its “ground-to-glass” ethos, using ingredients grown on its farm, including the non-GMO Bloody Butcher corn that features in its whiskey mash bills.

The new charity partner, Paws of War, supports veterans and first responders dealing with conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) by providing service animals.

“Many of our heroes suffer from addiction, mental health issues and homelessness, and their furry friends often play a vital role in providing comfort and support to help alleviate PTSD symptoms,” said Robert Misseri, co-founder of Paws of War.

He continued: “We truly appreciate Jeptha Creed Distillery’s support in furthering our mission to assist veterans in overcoming challenges while keeping their beloved pets safe and by their side.”

To celebrate the launch, the Jeptha Creed distillery will host a Veterans Day tribute event with a color guard ceremony and bottle signings on November 8.

The Red, White & Blue Batch Four Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is priced at an SRP of $74.99.

It will be available at the distillery gift shop, online, and in select retail locations across 40 U.S. states.
